Brightview Catonsville Executive Director Amanda
O’Neill brings 22
years of experience and an impressive list of credentials to her position as
Executive Director of Brightview Catonsville. Some highlights of her work with
The Shelter Group and Brightview Senior Living are listed below.
Amanda joined The Shelter
Group in 1986 where she worked primarily with multi-family communities and was
known for her “unbelievable energy.” She was also known for throwing the best
parties! In every assignment she demonstrated the enthusiasm, dedication and
determination that have become her trademark.
In the early 90s, Amanda
transitioned from multi-family communities to senior living, where she says she
knew she had found her true calling. In 2001, Amanda had the distinction of
opening a 165-apartment senior living community and leasing it to capacity in
13 months – a Brightview record!
Since that time Amanda has
continued to be recognized with well-deserved achievement awards. She has been
acknowledged with the Brightview President’s Club Award for outstanding
occupancy and growth. Additionally, 2005 and 2006 brought Amanda recognition in
the coveted Brightview Chairman’s Club, which is based on sound management,
financial responsibility and high resident and associate satisfaction marks. In
2007 Amanda earned the prestigious Brightview Significant Achievement Award,
which honors her two decades of success and accomplishment.
And, even after all these
years, Amanda is still known for great parties and creating a vibrant senior
living environment.
